Check-In Time for (Tarapith, Darjeeling) is 12 noon & Check-Out Time is 11 a.m., Check-In Time for (Puri) is 9 a.m & Check-Out Time is 8 a.m. and Check-In Time for (Mandarmoni, Kolaghat, Taki, Sundarban & Mayapur) is 1 p.m and Check-Out Time is 11 a.m.
If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.We may charge a compulsory gala dinner / lunch supplement on Durga Puja / Christmas / New Year’s event or other festive periods.
Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your Check-In date. Kindly also refer to our Reservation / Cancellation or Amendment Policy.
We are an adult couple friendly at our hotel with valid photo IDs (both should be above 21+ years as per law).
Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
The Credit/Debit Card Holder should be one the travellers, if you have booked with us using any one of the later.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error. Breakfast timings are 7:30 – 10:30 am henceforth all requests will be chargeable.
We don’t provide any refund for our services
Any amendment more than 72 hours prior to the arrival date & time 30% amendment charges is applicable on total tariff as per availability & then applicable rate of revised date. No amendment will be allowed less than 72 hours prior to check in date & time.
